Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring toxic gas that is a by product of Uranium decay over 3.5 billion years! The issue is when a person is exposed to Radon gas at high levels over an extended period of time. A Radon test takes 48 hours with the results delivered with a couple days after completion of the test. If you have a reading of 4 pCi/l it is recommended that you have a mitigation system installed or have your home tested for 91 days.

Radon Testing is inexpensive and very accurate, it is recommended to have your home tested every two years to make sure a Radon problem does not exist.
All of our Radon Tests include a Radon Protection Plan. If the initial test result is below 4.0 pCi/l, the coverage will go towards the cost of a mitigation system if retested within 120 days and the 2nd result is above 4.0 pCi/l
